Cage Fitness
This class is an exciting new addition to our program.
Designed and tested by nine time welterwight champion Matt Hughes, this
program is designed for men and women who want to get in shape with a
high energy workout. It's a fast paced 30 minute workout designed to
tone muscle, burn fat, and get you in shape.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
We
incorporated techniques from Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jujitsu, and
other martial arts to create an integrated MMA program covering all
aspects of the popular sport. Typical classes combine strength and
endurance training, stand-up boxing, take-downs and take-down defense,
and a multitude of ground-game grappling and submission techniques.
This program is popular with teenagers and adults. Come join the

This highly succesful introduction to
Tae Kwon Do, developed by 4th degree black belt Master Mark Malakoff,
has grown tremendously. In conjunction with teaching basic martial arts
techniques, the curriculum will include life and safety skills. These
fundamental exercises will be taught through fun activities and drills.
Kid Tigers

Kang's Blackbelt Academy is proud to offer the
Kid Tigers program. Kid Tigers teaches fundamentals of Tae Kwon Do,
including kicking, punching, and blocking techniques. Important
features of this program are practical self defense techniques,
physical fitness, learning respectful behavior, awareness and focus,
goal setting and achievment, and many others. Classes are taught by a
qualified
black belt instructor who has been personally trained by Master
DiMatteo or Master
Malakoff.
Beginner Tae Kwon Do
This class is for beginners with no belt,
through yellow belt, 9th gup. Learn Tae Kwon Do skills, balance,
coordination and traditional martial arts values in this
well-structured, safe environment. Classes are taught by Master
Malakoff or a qualified
black belt who has been personally trained by Master DiMatteo or Master
Malakoff.
Intermediate Tae Kwon Do
This class is for students with a purple belt, 8th gup,
through green belt/brown stripe, 5th gup. Learn Tae Kwon Do skills,
balance, coordination and traditional martial arts values in this well
structured, safe environment. Classes are taught by Master Malakoff or
a qualified
black belt who has been personally trained by Master DiMatteo or Master
Malakoff.
Advanced Tae Kwon Do
This class is for brown belt, 4th gup, through red belt/black
stripe, 1st
gup.
Learn advanced Tae Kwon Do techniques and other skills to help you
reach
your next level. Classes are taught by Master Malakoff or a qualified
black belt who has been personally trained by Master DiMatteo or Master
Malakoff.
Adult Tae Kwon Do
This class is for adults, all belt levels welcome, to train
and practice the art of TaeKwonDo. Also, this class is for black belt
candidates and black belts who are working towards their next level.
Classes are taught by Master Malakoff or a qualified
black belt who has been personally trained by Master DiMatteo or Master
Malakoff.
Pilates
We are proud to offer Pilates, a system of muscle
strengthening exercises who's aim is improve flexibility and strength
and to create a balance in the body. Pilates focuses on
stregthening the core muscles of the stomach and back to provide
protection for the internal organs and support for the spine.
